Thongchai Surinwarangkoon received the B.Sc. degree in Mathematics
from Chiang Mai University, Thailand, in 1995. He received the M.Sc. in management of
information technology from Walailak University, Thailand in 2005 and Ph.D. in
information technology from King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok,
Thailand in 2014. Currently, he is an assistant professor at Department of Business
Computer, College of Innovation and Management, and the Deputy Dean for
Administration of Graduate School, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Bangkok,
Thailand. His research interests include image processing, machine learning, artificial
intelligence, business intelligence, and mobile application development for business. He
