1. คำอธิบายรายวิชา (ภาษาไทย) สัมมนาแนวคิดที่เกี่ยวกับการจัดการภาครัฐและท้องถิ่นและแนวคิดธรรมาภิบาล อภิปรายและ วิเคราะห์ความเหมาะสมที่จะน ามาใช้ในประเทศไทยเพื่อแก้ปัญหาที่ก าลังด ารงอยู่ รวมทั้งศึกษานวัตกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นจาก การจัดการภาครัฐและท้องถิ่นในระยะทีผ่านมาเพื่อสรุปเป็นทฤษฎีที่ประยุกต์กับสังคมไทยได้เหมาะสม วิเคราะห์ ประเด็นปัญหาการจัดการภาครัฐและท้องถิ่นของประเทศไทยที่ส าคัญ เพื่อวางแผนแก้ปัญหาและน าไปสู่การท า วิทยานิพนธ์ (ภาษาอังกฤษ) Seminar on the concepts of public and local management innovation and the governance, discussion and analysis as appropriate to adopt in order to solve the problems that currently exist, the study of innovation arising from the management and local government in the past 5 years to conclude that the theory applied to the Thai society, analyze the major issues of public and local management to plan, solve problems and lead to thesis
